Hinrichs/Kelting Family Background

The purpose of this page is to look back a couple generations to folks who are no longer with us, but without whom, none of us would be here today. Roughly, the Grandparents of Glenda would have been born in the 1800's, just shortly after the Civil War.

Establishing the Tree (thanks for this info Chris Brown). Starting with the baseline of Louie and Mabel Hinrichs, parents of Glenda Teske, here's how the tree looks.

For example: Louie's father Hans had a Mother named Margrethia and his father was also named Hans. Their roots go back to the early 1800's. 

For Mabel,

Mabel's roots go back to the Kelting and Voss family.

For example: Mabel's father Henry had a Mother named Minnie and his father was H William. Their roots go back to the mid 1800's.

The lady on the top right is Minnie Kelting. Henry Kelting mother. This would be Marian and Glenda's great-grandmother. The man next to her is her brother. The brother would be August Schroeder's father. We are related to Gus 2 different ways.

This is the Rock family. Lucinda Hinrichs is in the very front.
